Hydraulic pump and motor repair
GPR Hydraulics is the repair and overhaul workshop of DTA Hydraulics, and a Parker Certified Hydraulic Pump and Motor Service Center. Worn and failed units stripped, inspected, rebuilt and tested, in our own workshop or on site.

More than a repair shop
When a pump or motor fails, the cost is rarely the component; it is the running hours the system loses before it turns again. GPR Hydraulics is the repair and overhaul branch of DTA Hydraulics, which means the partner that supplies your genuine Parker components is the same partner that rebuilds them. One workshop, one point of contact for both supply and repair, so a failure does not become a search for who is responsible.
Behind it stand more than ninety years of hydraulics experience and Parker’s own recognition: as a Certified Hydraulic Pump and Motor Service Center, GPR overhauls to the standard the manufacturer sets.
Repair, overhaul and exchange
Repaired and overhauled to tolerance
On the shop floor, or on site where the machine cannot travel, our technicians establish the failure mode and rebuild the unit to its original tolerances. In a rebuild we replace only the worn internal parts, not the whole unit, and every job is documented in a full inspection report, so you know what failed and why.
Exchange from stock
For components that cannot wait for a workshop cycle, we supply a rebuilt exchange unit from stock and overhaul yours once it arrives. Your system runs again in days rather than weeks, to the same specification as a full repair.
Tested and accepted
Every overhauled pump or motor is run on our test rig and set to the values you specify. We test pumps to 110 kW and valves and manifolds to 210 l/min at 400 bar, and we host classification and inspection bodies for on-site acceptance, so a certified unit leaves the workshop ready to install.
One partner for supply and repair

We keep hydraulic systems running for shipbuilders, industry and public bodies across Europe.
